About Jim & Teri
Jim and Teri Baugh have been involved in ministry together where Jim served in 2 lead pastor positions, as well as two associate pastorates, before joining Global Training Network in 2008.
They are both graduates of Arizona Christian University. Jim also graduated from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon with a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), and completed his Doctorate in Ministry (D.Min.) from Phoenix Seminary in 2016.
Jim and Teri were married in May 1981, and are blessed with five children and ten grandchildren. Teri has a writing ministry and loves to be a mom and grandmother. Through her writing and personal mentoring, she enjoys encouraging other women in their walk with Christ.
Jim and Teri are passionate about reproducing disciples of the Lord Jesus. They are so thankful to be able to do that through the world-reaching ministry of GTN!
Since 2008, Jim has been privileged to train thousands of global leaders to reproduce disciples of our Lord Jesus (www.makedisciplesmultiply.org).
Jim serves as the Executive Director of Staff Development for GTN while equipping majority world Christian leaders across the globe.
